How accurate is TreeID?

TreeID uses AI (GPT-5 Vision) to identify trees. Results are best-effort and educational; consult a professional for critical decisions.

How many free identifications do I get?

Free users get 3 identifications total on a device. TreeID Pro gives up to 50 identifications per day and more features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

In the app go to Settings > Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Does TreeID work offline?

Identification requires internet. Your saved identification history is available offline.

Are my photos stored or shared?

Photos are sent for identification only and are not permanently stored on our servers. History is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What devices are supported?

TreeID is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later.
