White Noise provides audio playback and ambient sound features designed to support relaxation, sleep, and focus.
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency monitoring. Do not rely on it in situations where audio failure, sleep assistance failure, or distraction could cause injury or harm.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized automation or reverse engineering, or use the product in ways that violate applicable law.
The app may offer subscriptions or other premium purchases through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are governed by Apple and the terms shown at purchase.
The app, its sound library, design, and software are owned by MapleByte or its licensors. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.
We may update or remove sounds, features, supported devices, or commercial plans at any time.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleByte is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app.
