These Terms of Use govern your use of Toy Value Scanner. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Informational Results Only

Toy Value Scanner provides AI-generated identification, condition notes, and estimated market context for informational purposes only. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by image quality.

2. No Professional Appraisal

The App is not a certified appraisal, authentication, safety inspection, or buying/selling recommendation. Final value depends on exact release, completeness, packaging, authenticity, grade, demand, and current market conditions.

3. Your Responsibilities

Use your own judgment before buying, selling, restoring, cleaning, or giving a toy to a child.
Verify valuable items with qualified collectors, graders, or appraisers when appropriate.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.

4. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI and market-data services may occasionally be unavailable or return limited results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleByte is not liable for losses, damages, missed sales, overpayments, safety decisions, or other outcomes arising from reliance on App results.
