Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Signature mobile application ("App") operated by MapleByte ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Signature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Signature is a document utility for scanning pages, importing PDFs, creating and saving signatures and stamps, placing signatures, stamps, ink, and text on PDFs, compressing files, converting pages, sharing documents, emailing documents, and printing documents.
Signature provides tools for placing electronic signatures and other annotations on documents. You are responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for your document, jurisdiction, organization, or transaction. Signature does not provide legal advice, certification, identity verification, audit trails, or a guarantee that any signature will be accepted by a third party.
You are responsible for the documents, photos, signatures, stamps, text, and other content you import, create, edit, export, or share using the App. You agree that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and that you will not use Signature to create, alter, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful material.
Signature may offer free features and paid Signature Pro features. Paid features may include auto-renewable subscriptions or lifetime purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Apple handles payment processing, refunds, and billing information.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or misuse the App; bypass payment, entitlement, or usage restrictions; use the App for unlawful or fraudulent activity; or interfere with the App, App Store services, RevenueCat services, analytics services, or related systems.
Your use of Signature is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in the App.
The App, brand, design, code, features, and related materials are owned by MapleByte or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Signature is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every document, or suitable for every legal or business purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleByte will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, documents, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
