These Terms govern your use of Monta Collage, a photo collage and creative editing app from MapleByte. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Monta Collage provides tools for arranging photos, adding text, stickers, drawings, effects, backgrounds, and exporting finished collage images.
You are responsible for the photos, text, stickers, drawings, music selections, exports, and other content you import, create, edit, or share using the app. You agree that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and that you will not use the app to create, alter, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful material.
The app may let you use or search third-party materials, such as stickers, media, fonts, or platform-provided sharing destinations. Your use of those materials may be subject to separate terms from the relevant providers. You are responsible for making sure your final collage is appropriate for the way you share or publish it.
The app may offer paid features, subscriptions, or lifetime purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings.
We work to keep Monta Collage reliable, but the app is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every export, third-party service, or sharing destination will work at all times.
Your use of Monta Collage is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
