Monta Collage ("we", "our", or "us") explains below what information the app uses, how it is handled, and how to contact MapleByte. For privacy questions, email support@maplebyte.xyz.
Photos and media you choose: Monta Collage asks for photo library access so you can select images for collages. Selected photos are used to create and edit your collage projects.
Local project data: Collage layouts, edits, selected assets, text, stickers, drawings, preferences, and exported images may be stored locally on your device.
Subscription status: If premium features are offered, Apple and our subscription provider may process purchase identifiers, entitlement status, transaction state, and app metadata required to unlock purchases and restore access.
Analytics and diagnostics: We may use privacy-conscious analytics or diagnostics to understand app performance, feature usage, device type, app version, locale, crashes, and errors. Analytics are not intended to collect the contents of your photos or collages.
Support communications: If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever details you include.
The app may rely on Apple for App Store purchases and platform services, RevenueCat for subscription status and entitlement management, Mixpanel for analytics if enabled, and selected media or sticker services when you choose to use connected features. Those services process information according to their own policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Support emails may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to resolve issues and maintain support history. Purchase records are retained by Apple and subscription providers according to their operational and legal requirements.
When you export, share, save, or send a collage, you control the destination. Shared files may be handled by Apple, social apps, cloud services, email providers, or other services you choose outside Monta Collage.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can manage photo access in iOS Settings, delete local projects where the app provides those controls, uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data, manage subscriptions through Apple, or email us about privacy questions.
