These Terms govern your use of TCG Value Scanner, a trading card identification and value research app published by MapleByte Digital Ltd.

1. Informational Results

TCG Value Scanner provides AI-assisted identification, condition notes, and market research context. Results are informational only. They are not professional grading, authentication, appraisal, financial advice, or a guarantee of sale value.

2. User Responsibility

• Verify card name, set, number, rarity, finish, language, edition, and condition before buying, selling, grading, or trading.
• Use professional grading or authentication services when value, authenticity, or condition materially matters.
• Do not upload images you do not have permission to process.
• Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to bypass limits.

3. Subscriptions

The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

4. Availability

AI, hosting, valuation, analytics, and subscription providers may be unavailable, delayed, or return incomplete data. We may modify, pause, or discontinue features as needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleByte is not liable for losses arising from app results, market estimates, trading decisions, grading decisions, interrupted service, or third-party provider output.
