These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roasty AI Roast Generator mobile application and related services operated by MapleByte ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Roasty AI, you agree to these Terms.
Roasty AI is an entertainment app that generates humorous roast-style text from screenshots, photos, and written prompts. The app is intended for lighthearted use and creative banter.
Roasty AI is provided for entertainment purposes only. You are responsible for how you use generated output. You must not use the app to facilitate harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, defamation, impersonation, or other unlawful or abusive conduct.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its infrastructure, scrape or automate access in unauthorized ways, bypass product limits or paywalls, or submit content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Roasty AI uses automated systems to generate output. Generated content may be inaccurate, repetitive, unhelpful, or inappropriate in some cases. We do not guarantee that any output will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose.
Roasty AI may offer paid features, premium access, subscriptions, or one-time purchases through Apple's App Store. Pricing, billing terms, renewal behavior, trial terms, and cancellation rules are controlled by the App Store listing and your Apple account at the time of purchase.
The app, branding, design, and related software are owned by MapleByte or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Roasty AI at any time, including usage limits, pricing, supported models, or platform availability.
Roasty AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleByte will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or misused the service.
