Impostor Game ("we", "our", or "us") is published by MapleByte Digital Ltd. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app, how long we keep it, which third parties may help us operate the service, and how to contact us.
On-device preferences: Room settings such as player count, round length, and other gameplay preferences may be stored locally on your device so the app can reopen in the last-used state.
Purchase state: If you buy the premium unlock, Apple processes the payment and provides purchase state or restore information needed to grant access. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Support communications: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you send, which may include your name, email address, device details, and the contents of your message.
Diagnostics and analytics: Depending on the production feature set enabled in a release, we may collect limited crash diagnostics, app usage signals, or entitlement status to improve stability, understand feature use, or manage purchases.
Local preferences: Stored on your device until you delete the app, clear the app's local data, or reset the relevant settings.
Support emails: Retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the issue, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. In many cases this will be up to 24 months after the conversation becomes inactive.
Operational logs or diagnostics: Retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting, security, analytics review, or legal compliance, subject to the policies of the service provider handling that data.

The current commercial plan for Impostor Game is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase priced at $4.99 in the U.S. storefront. The current release does not offer an auto-renewing subscription. If subscription products are added in a future version, the billing cycle, renewal rules, cancellation instructions, and trial terms will be disclosed in-app and on the App Store before purchase.
Impostor Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will review the request.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we try to limit data collection and store sensitive values using platform-appropriate protections where possible.
You can remove local app data by deleting the app or resetting relevant settings. You can also contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any legal or accounting retention needs.
