Card images and scan input: When you scan or import a card image, the image and related metadata may be processed to identify the card and estimate value.
Collection data and preferences: Saved cards, local history, and app preferences may be stored on your device.
Subscription status: We may receive subscription and entitlement information needed to unlock paid features.
Diagnostics and analytics: If enabled, we may collect product analytics, crash diagnostics, and high-level usage events.
Support communications: If you email us, we will receive the contents of your message and any attachments you send.

2. How We Use Data

To identify scanned cards and return value estimates.
To store collection history and app preferences.
To verify premium access and manage subscriptions.
To improve app performance, fix bugs, and understand product usage.

3. Retention

Card images: We aim to process card images transiently and keep them only as long as necessary to return a result, unless you explicitly choose to save copies locally on your device.
Collection data: Local collection history and settings remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app.
Subscription records: Apple and subscription providers may retain billing and entitlement records according to their own legal and operational requirements.
Analytics and diagnostics: Retained according to the settings and retention periods configured with the analytics or crash provider.
Support emails: Retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and satisfy legal, accounting, or dispute-handling obligations.

4. Third Parties

Depending on the app features enabled at launch or later, the following processors or platforms may be used:

Apple: App Store billing, purchase records, app distribution, and device-level diagnostics.
RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management, if we use RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure.
OpenRouter and model providers behind it: AI or multimodal processing used to help interpret card imagery and metadata.
Mixpanel: Product analytics, if analytics are enabled in the app.

5. Subscription Terms

The app may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings.

6. Your Choices

You can delete local collection data by removing it inside the app or uninstalling the app.
You can disable optional analytics features if that control is made available in the app.
